 125 g butter
 1 cup sugar
 2 eggs
 4 bananas
 2 cups flour
 ½ cup boiling water
 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla essence

Cream margarine and sugar.

Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas

Add hot water and bicarb (dissolve in hot water)
