 60 ml Oil
 1 Onion (Thinly Sliced)
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tsp Curry Powder
 6 Potatoes (Cut in cubes)
 ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
 1 tsp Salt
 125 ml Cup Water
 Curry Leaves and Dhania Leaves

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.

Heat oil and add onions, .
Add Curry Powder, Salt, and Curry Leaves.
Add Water
Optional – Handful of green peas.
Cook on moderate heat until the potatoes are soft.
