Bukhara was established in 1995 in Cape Town, by owners Dr Sabi Sabharwal and his wife Elana. Since the day the original store opened it has been a busy and vibey meeting place for people from all spectrum, i.e. politicians, business men. Green marble floors, teak wooden tables, ochre coloured walls and a glass cased kitchen to watch the chefs making the scrumptions mouthwatering dishes that Bukhara is well know for.
