1 Tray of mixed chicken portions (skinless)
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Grated Tomatoe
3 Green Chillies
Salt To tTste
1 Finely Chopped Onion
3 pPotatoes Cut Into Quarters
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Sprigs of Thyme
1In a meduim sized pot heat the oil on low gently.
2Add the finely chopped onions and the chillies which must
be split in half.
3Allow the onions and chillies to brown.
4Add the hurdee and ginger garlic.
Stir quickly.
5Add the chicken and salt.
Stir until the hurdee and onions are mixed well.
6Add the tomatoes from the top.
7Add the pototoes.
Add 100ml of water.
8Cook on low heat until the potatoes and chicken is cooked(+- 20 min).
9Add the thyme as a garnish
10Serve with basmati rice or roti
