 bananas
 200 ml sugar
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 80 ml butter, melted
 375 ml flour
 5 ml baking powder
 5 ml bicarbonate of soda
 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C

Mash bananas and add the sugar and egg. Mix in the butter.

Add mixture to sifted dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon into greased muffin pans and bake for 20 mins.
